How To Get There
By Car: The racecourse is situated east of the town of Wetherby on the York Road (B1224), with the racecourse entrance forming one of the exits of the roundabout at the southern end of the new link road to the A1.

By Rail: The nearest railway stations are at Leeds, York and Harrogate. There are regular bus services from Wetherby and York.

By Air: Leeds-Bradford airport is the nearest commercial airport (0113 250 9696), while light aircraft can land at The Yorkshire Gliding Club at Rufforth, approximately eight miles from the course (call 01904 738 694 at least one day in advance). Helicopters can land at the racecourse by prior agreement.

Disabled racegoers have designated toilets, car parking and viewing close to the winning post.

Family Facilities
Unsupervised children's playground in Course Enclosure. Attractions for children in Course Enclosure on selected racedays. Parenting Room in Paddock Enclosure providing dedicated baby changing and feeding facilities.

Hospitality
The upper floor of the Wetherby Millennium Stand is home to luxurious suites each with balcony and fantastic view of the action. The standard suite will accommodate 20 guests for a seated luncheon, while two or more boxes can be merged to cater for gatherings of up 200 people
